4 P'S OF MARKETING

Introduction

Generally, we think that Marketing means Advertising or Promotion. But actually Advertising and Promotion is the type of marketing.

Marketing

Its requirement is taken by all companies to make their product or service available to the customer, and to get customer satisfaction.

Customer satisfaction helps the company to meet its goals, which can be accomplished through marketing.

Customers are the kings of the market. Marketing assistance is taken to fulfill the requirement and requirements for the customers.

Efforts are made in marketing to get maximum customer satisfaction.

Meaning

Marketing consists mainly of three things. Awareness, Attraction, Satisfaction.

First of all, how is the work done to give customers information about the company's product or service. Which we can see in various mediums.

Such as launch program, advertising, promotion medias.

After the customers get the information of the product or service, the customer wants to know the product service closely.

The company puts various features of its product or service in the middle of the customer, so that the customer can get to know about the product or service and how to use it is also told.

Once the customer has made a place of his product and service in the mind, it is the turn of the company to work.

The company now works on how to give satisfaction to the customer.

Such as after sale service, discounts, quick delivery, qualitative products, best price.

What is 4 P’s of marketing

Given below are the four marketing pillars. With the help of which we can understand the full meaning of marketing.

Product

Price

Place

Promotion

4 P's of marketing

PRODUCT: -

Product is a mixture of things. Which is made according to the customer's requirements.

So that the company can make maximum profit.

Product is prepared according to the wishes and needs of the customers. Which consists of the issues given below.

a) Product line: group of related product

b) Product width: Number of Product line

c) Product depth: Variety of Products

d) Product length: Number of total item Product line

First of all, the company has to decide its product or service. This decision can be taken with the help of Market research.

We can also take the example of HUL. What kind of product or service does the company want to reach the customer. In this way the product mix of the company is prepared.

Price: -

Once a product is made, its price is considered. And price affects the sell of the product.

Determination of price affects the profit margin, supply, demand, marketing strategy.

If your product is good, and the demand is high, then the price can increase.

The price of any product is decided by conducting market research.

Discount is given on the product, which makes the customer tempted and buy it.

There is some pricing marketing strategy to decide the price of the product. Some of which we have mentioned below.

Cost-Plus Pricing

In this method all the costs of the product are added.

And after adding all the expenses, profit margin is also added. This is called Cost-Plus Pricing.

Demand pricing

This pricing works on Demand supply.

If the demand is high, then the price is increased. And the price is reduced if the demand is work.

Competitive Pricing

There are many manufacturers of a product in industries. Because of this, everyone keeps the least price.

In such an environment, the competitive price of the product has to be kept.

Markup pricing

Retailers mostly keep this pricing.

He buys goods from a whole seller and puts a markup price on them and sells them at some discount.

Psychology of Pricing

This is the pricing associated with the psychology of the people.

Like 499 / - 599 / - 139 / -, people find the product a little cheaper with such pricing. And he is attracted to them.

Place

After preparing any product, the process of delivering it to the customer is called place.

It is very important that the product should have physical distribution.

Physical distribution means getting the product at the right time and at the right place.

Physical distribution is possible with the help of channels of distribution. Which is a lot.

Marketer has to develop the right system of transport and physical handling of the product.

Distribution channels provide an important role in marketing.

Channels determine place, utility, and time.

This takes the burden of distribution of goods from the manufacturer. And the manufacturer can focus on its work.

This makes it easy to introduce new products in the market.

Demand and supply helps to match.

The place mix contains the below given things.

Distribution of channels

Channel coverage

Inventory

Dealer relation

Locations

Transport

Promotion :-

Promotion mix consists of the following items.

Personal selling

Direct marketing

Advertising

Publicity

Public relations

Sales

Promotion in marketing

Promotion plays an important role in marketing mix.

The importance of below promotion is understood.

Promotion creates demand for products and services.

It helps to introduce the product in the market.

13 TH PRESIDENT OF INDIA PRANAB MUKHERJEE PASSED AWAY

Former President Pranab Mukherjee died at the Army Research and Referral Hospital in Delhi. He was 85 and was admitted on 10 August 2020 for brain surgery. He was placed on the lifesaving system after surgery. Earlier reports of his corona infection had also come positive. Former President Mukherjee has two sons and a daughter in his family.

Pranab Mukherjee fell into the bathroom on the night of August 9, 2020, causing a deep injury to his forehead. On August 10, he underwent a CT scan at the Indian Army's Research and Referral Hospital in Dhaulakuan, which revealed a blood clot in his brain. According to the hospital, his life-saving emergency surgery was necessary immediately for its prevention.

Even after the operation was successful, his health was not normal and due to this he was put on ventilator. There was no improvement in his condition till Tuesday evening.

In 2012, after four decades of long political tenure, Pranab Mukherjee became the first citizen of the country. He was the 13th President of India. His access to this position was not easy. In fact, the choice of UPA President Sonia Gandhi for the post of President was Hamid Ansari. But Pranab Dada was the choice of many regional political parties, including the Samajwadi Party. It also showed that despite political differences Pranab da had acceptance among all political parties.

However, Pranab da's dream of becoming President remained incomplete, for which there was always discussion in political circles. It was well known that Pranab Mukherjee was the strongest and biggest contender for the post of Prime Minister within the UPA and the Congress Party. For this reason, he was also called PM in waiting. But in his luck, the address of Rashtrapati Bhavan was written, not the seven Race Course Road. In his book "The Coalition Years - 1996 - 2012" written on his journey, Pranab Mukherjee himself revealed that he wanted to become Prime Minister.

As president, he saw the UPA being ousted from power and the BJP forming an absolute majority government. Pledged oath of office and secrecy to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. On many occasions he did not back down from praising the Modi government. Prime Minister Modi also wanted Pranab da to accept a second term as President. But it was rejected by Pranab citing age and health.

LATEST UPDATES ABOUT FACEBOOK DISPLEASED WITH APPLE

RESPIRATION & ITS TYPES

We need a lot of oxygen to survive. When we breathe, many other types of gas in the air also go inside our body. But out of that only our body takes oxygen. And expels the remaining gas. Which contains the most carbon dioxide .. The entire process of inhaling and exhaling is done by the respiratory system.

Definition of respiration:
Oxygen in the atmosphere reaches the cells of the body and oxidizes or releases food and CO2 gas is released .. All such physical and chemical activities are called respiration.

Types of Respiration :

         Two types of Respiration

1. Aerobic Respiration

The process in which oxidation of respiration occurs in CO2, H2O in the presence of oxygen. And energy is obtained ..

C6H12O6 + 6CO2 → 6CO2 + 6H2O + 686 Kcal

The process of producing 2 molecules of pyruvic acid from one molecule of glucose in cellular respiration is called glycolysis. Glycolysis occurs in cytoplasm. Oxidation of pyruvic acid in the Krebs cycle provides energy CO2 and H2O. In a eukaryotic cell Complete oxidation of one glucose molecule yields 36 ATP molecules. In a prokaryotic cell, oxidation of one glucose molecule yields 2 ATP in the anaerobic condition while 38 ATP in the pneumatic state. .

2. Anaerobic Respiration

The process in which there is incomplete oxidation of respiration from CO2 and alcohol in the absence of oxygen.

C6H12O2 Yeast Cells → 2CO2 + 2C2H5OH + 56 Kcal

This process is also called fermentation. Glucose is formed from glucose by anaerobic respiration in muscular muscles.

2H + CO.CH3 COOH In Muscles → C3H6O3

In anaerobic respiration, energy production is reduced.

Human Respiratory System

The origin of the respiratory system is from the endoderm.

The Respiratory System of Human is divided into two parts -

(a) Respiratory Path

(b) Respiratory organs

Respiratory Path : It is the path of movement of air.

 It has the following parts:

1.External Nares

2.Nasal Tract

3.Pharynx (Parynx)

4.Wind Pipe

1. External Nasal Pore

The number of nasopharynx is two. They open in the Vestibule part of the nasal passage.

2. Nasal Tract

The NASA route has three parts -

1.Vestibule : This is the smallest part of nasal passages.

2.Respiratory Part : This is the middle of Nasal Passage. Which opens in the olfactory part.

3. Olfactory Part : It is the posterior upper part of the nasal tract, which is lined by neuro sensory epithelium. This epithelium is also known as Olfactory epithelium .Odour is detected by this epithelium.

Pharynx

Both have common parts. It has three parts -

1.Nasopharynx

2.Oropharynx

3.Laryngopharynx

Wind Pipe

This tube is the main part of the movement of air into the lungs. This tube is divided into two parts -

  • Larynx
  • Trachea

Larynx or Sound box

This is the anterior part of the respiratory tract. It is also known as the sound producing organ. It is made up of 9 types of cartilage, in which there are vocal cords or vocal cards, in which the air vibrates, which produces sound.

Glottis

The larynx opens as a slit aperture in the throat, called a glottis. It is situated on the ventral side of the pharynx.Air enters the larynx only through the glottis.

Epiglottis

It is a membranous lid found on the glottis that covers the glottis hole when swallowing food. It is made up of elastic cartilage.

Cartilage of the larynx

The larynx is formed by 9 pieces of cartilage. Which is as follows-

  • Thyroid cartilage is also known as Adam’s Apple.
  • Cricoid cartilage
  • Erytinoids
  • Cartilage of santorini
  • Cuneiform cartilage
  • Vocal cord

The larynx also performs phonetic production along the respiratory tract. Vocal cord is found in this for the production of sound. Which are membranous.

Trachea

Trachea is a tube made of cartilage ring in C shape. It goes into the thoracic cavity and divides it into two branches, right and left, which are called bronchi. Pseudo Stratified Ciliated Columnar Epithelium is found in the respiratory tract.

2.Respiratory organs

Lungs

The lungs are located in the pleural cavities. They are two in number, conical, pink solid and spongy. There is a lymph filled in the pleural cavity, which is called pleural fluid. Which is glycoprotein and secreted by the pleura.

Pleural Membrane or Pleura surrounds each pleural cavity. This pleural membrane has two parts.

1.Parietal Pleura body cover

2.Visceral Pleura Lung Cover

There are two lobes in the left lung of human. Those who have superior and inferior bodies and three bodies in the right, which are called superior, middle, inferior bodies.

Alveoli

The end of bronchioles go into each lung to form a balloon-like structure, which is called alveoli. Alveoli is found in the human lungs of about 30-35 million.

STRUCTURE & FUNCTION OF KIDNEY

Structure Of Kidney

Kidney  is an important part of human body. Kidney failure can also lead to some serious illness or death. It is appropriate to compare this with a supercomputer because the structure of the kidney is very strange and its functions are extremely complex. They have two major functions - to remove harmful waste products and toxic wastes from the body and water, fluids, minerals (electrolytes) in the body. In the form of sodium, potassium etc.

Kidney cleanses the blood of the body and makes urine. The process of urinating from the body is done by the ureter, urinary bladder and urethra. There are usually two kidneys in the body of both men and women. The kidney is safely located inside the abdomen, in the back, on both sides of the spine (in the back), the chest ribs safely.

Kidneys are located in the inner part of the stomach, so that they are not normally felt from outside.Kidneys are a pair of organs of kidney beans. In adults, a kidney is 10 cm long, 6 cm wide and 4 cm thick. Each kidney weighs about 150 - 170 grams. The tube that carries urine made by the kidneys to the bladder is called ureter. It is usually 25 cm in length and is made up of a special type of flexible muscle. The bladder is a muscle sac located in the front of the lower abdomen (in the pelvis), in which urine is stored. An adult person's bladder may collect 400 - 500 ml of urine. Urination comes out of the body through the ureter.

Need  and importance of kidney

The type and quantity of food taken by each person changes every day. Due to the variety of diet, the amount of water in the body, the amount of acidic and alkaline substances are constantly changing. Many unnecessary substances are produced in the body during the digestion of the diet.If the balance of water, acid, alkali and other chemicals in the body and the substances emitted inside the body deteriorates or increases, it can be fatal for a person.

Kidney purifies the blood by removing unnecessary substances and substances in the body by urinating and balances the alkali and acid in the body and maintains the proper amount in the blood. In this way, the kidneys keep the body clean and healthy.

Main functions of kidney

1. Blood purification:

Kidney is continuously employed and excretes unnecessary toxic substances formed in the body through urine.

2. Discharge of waste products:

The most important function of the kidney is to purify the blood by removing waste products. The food we take contains protein. This protein is necessary for keeping the body healthy and for the development of the body. Protein is used by the body but in this process some waste material is produced. The accumulation of these waste materials is similar to maintaining poison inside our body. Our kidneys filter and purify toxic waste products from the blood. These toxins eventually dissolve by urination.

Creatinine and urea are two important waste products. Observations of their volume in the blood indicate kidney function. When both kidneys are impaired, the amount of creatinine and urea are elevated to a higher level in the blood test.

3. Balance of water in the body:

Kidney excretes excess accumulated water through urine, keeping the amount of water required for the body. When the kidneys go bad, they lose the ability to exclude this excess water from the body, causing the body to swell due to the accumulation of excess water.

4. Balance of acid and alkali:

Kidney works by maintaining the quantity of sodium, potassium, chloride, magnesium, phosphorus, bicarbonate, etc. in the body. The above substances are responsible for the amount of acid and alkali in the body. Increasing or decreasing the amount of sodium can have serious effects on the brain and heart and muscle activity by increasing or decreasing the amount of potassium.Keeping calcium and phosphorus appropriate and keeping their levels normal is essential for healthy bones and healthy teeth in our body.

5. Blood pressure control:

Kidney makes many hormones such as angiotensin,Aldosterone, prostaglandin etc. With the help of these hormones, the body maintains a balance of water, acids and alkalis. With the help of this balance, the kidney works to maintain normal blood pressure in the body. In case of kidney failure, the production of hormones and disturbances in salt and water balance leads to high blood pressure.

6. Help in the production of blood particles:

Red blood present in the blood is produced in the bone marrow with the help of erythropoietin. Erythropoietin is formed in the kidney, in the event of kidney failure, this substance stops producing little or no at all, which reduces the production of red blood cells and causes blood fade, which is called anemia (anemia). it is said.

7. Strengthening bones

To maintain healthy bones, the kidney converts vitamin D into an active form, which is essential for the absorption of calcium from food, growth of bones and teeth, and to keep bones strong and healthy.

How does urine form in the kidneys after purification of blood

  • Kidney excretes unnecessary substances through urine by placing essential substances. It is a unique, unique and complex process.  In both the kidneys of the body, 1200 milliliters per minute of blood comes to clean, which is equal to twenty percent of all the blood that the heart reaches in the body. In this way, an estimated 1700 liters of blood is purified in 24 hours.
  • The smallest and granular unit of kidney, which performs the task of making urine after cleansing the blood, is called nephron, which is like a sieve. Each kidney contains one million nephrons. Each nephron has two main parts, the first glomerulus and the second tubules.
  • The main function of the kidney is to purify the blood and make urine in the body by balancing water and alkali.Glomerulus is a type of sieve. It has small holes with the characteristic of filtration. Water and small size substances easily sieve through it. But large size red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets, proteins etc. cannot pass through these holes. Therefore these cells cannot be seen normally in the urine screening of healthy people.
  • Glomerulus makes 125 liter liter effusion every minute and makes 180 liter urine in 24 hours in the first phase. This 180 liter urine also contains unnecessary substances, alkalis and poisonous substances. It also contains glucose and other substances useful for the body.
  • The 180 liter urine produced in the glomerulus comes in the tubules, where 99 percent of it is absorbed by the fluid.
  • Substance and water are taken back into the body. In just 1 to 2 liters of urine, the entire garbage and unnecessary base gets removed.
  • In this way, after the process of cleansing done by a very complicated method in the kidney, urine passes through the ureter into the bladder and urine passes out from the body.

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

 What is Human Resource Management?

Human Resource Management; Human resource management (HRM) deals with the "people" dimension in management. Organization is invented of people, developing their skills, motivating them to a high level of performance and ensuring that they continue to maintain their commitment to the organization, organizational objectives. Are required to achieve.

This organization holds incosiderate  of government, business, education, health, recreation or social action. Organizations that are capable of achieving, developing, encouraging, and retaining excellent workers will both be effective, able to achieve their goals, and efficient (expanding the least amount of resources needed). Organizations that are inefficient and ineffective risk the risks of stopping or going out of business.

HRM Definition:

According to Thomas G. Spates, HRM is a code of ways to organize and treat individuals at work so that they have the greatest possible realization of their internal capabilities, thus achieving maximum efficiency for themselves and their group And thus give to the enterprise of which they are a part of the competitive advantage and its optimal results.

George Terry has clearly stated that HRM is concerned with acquiring and maintaining a satisfied workforce. He further clarified that HRM is concerned with maximizing the effectiveness of the workforce through the application of sound and proven personnel policies and practices.

According to Dale Yoder, HRM is work or direction and direction to working men and women to maximize their contribution and satisfaction in employment. It helps to make all those 'workers', including working, unskilled common laborers, corporation presidents or public administrators, - linking our efforts with others in providing administrators - we provide those services And combine their efforts with others in providing products.

According to the process system approach, human resource management is the systematic planning, development, and control of a network of interconnected processes to influence and involve all members of the organization.

These processes include:

human Resource planning.

Job and work design.

Staffing.

Training & Development.

Performance evaluation and review.

Compensation and reward.

Employee Safety and Representation, and.

Improvement in organization.

According to another point of view, human resource management refers to the practices and policies that you need to fulfill the people aspects of your management work.

These include:

Conduct job analysis.

Planning labor needs and recruiting candidates.

Selecting job candidates.

Orienting and training new employees.

Managing salary and salary.

Providing incentives and benefits.

performance appraisal.

Communications.

Training and Development, and.

Commitment of building staff.

To manage these process effectively, HR systems are planned, developed and implemented through the joint efforts of all managers and HR experts - and often all employees - in an organization. Overall, the system aims to achieve the organization's broader goals and contribute to organizational effectiveness and productivity.

From the foregoing definitions it can be concluded that there is no standard definition of the term 'HRM', with some officials defining it in terms of their actions, others in the context of their objects and some in the context of human relations .

Elements of HRM:

However, there are some elements that are common to most of these definitions:

1. HRM aims to provide best results to employees. In other words, it is the overall goal of achieving optimal contribution from human factors in business.

2. However, it does not follow from above that this modem branch of business management is ready for exploitation of employees. Good HRM helps employees to develop their capabilities to the fullest and get the greatest satisfaction from their work. Thus, looking at their needs, comfort, and complaints, as Scott, Clothier, and Sprigd put it, the four different angles or elements in the employee-their work unit must be properly taken into account.

There:

Capacity; Referring to those abilities, to those receipts that have been inherited or acquired, which a worker has, is capable of exercising, and to an extent at least, an exercise in his work needed.

Interest; Not only a man's desires, and ambitions, but also his innate, impulsive tendencies, obscure, bearing, and ill-defined carvings that may or may not shake him for his full action in carrying out his duties.

chance; Not only the opportunities for advancement, however, include, opportunities to use their abilities and fulfill their interests.

Why M. S Dhoni retire at exactly 7pm in 29 minutes

The big thing is, why did Dhoni retire at exactly 7pm in 29 minutes, because knowing that will bring tears to your eyes ?

Mahendra Singh Dhoni, one of India's most successful captains, has resigned from international cricket. The captain who has taken Indian cricket to new heights will never be seen in blue jerseys. He has made an invaluable contribution to Indian cricket. In such a case, everyone is sharing the estimates and records associated with him after his departure However, his departure from international cricket was very peaceful. He made the announcement on a Instagram post.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni, known around the world as Captain Cool, retired from international cricket on Saturday on the occasion of India's 74th Independence Day, maintaining his calm nature. Dhoni, known for his cool style, posted a post on Instagram informing everyone about it.

Dhoni showed his entire career through a song ...

"Thank you for your love and cooperation," Dhoni wrote on his official Instagram account. I will be considered retired from 7.29pm In addition he has presented all the ups and downs of his career in a good way through a song. He used the song Main Pal Do Pal Ka Sayer Hoon in his post. While the news has shocked people all over the world, many at the time are wondering what is the reason for retiring at 7.29pm. So let us tell you why Mahi did that.

This is the reason to retire at 19:29 ...

If you think that it was a special occasion or a good time, then you are wrong. In fact, Dhoni retired at exactly 7:29 Indian time because the Indian team was eliminated from the World Cup on July 9 at the 2019 World Cup. He was deeply saddened by the defeat and has never been seen on the field since I will tell you that the last hope of the Indian team in the semifinals with New Zealand was on MS Dhoni but he was defeated by Martin Guptill and broke the hearts of Indian fans.

The defeat of the Indian team was decided as soon as Dhoni was out. Later, when Yuzvendra Chahal lost the last wicket, the Indian team was eliminated from the World Cup in 7.29 minutes according to their national time.

Is this Dhoni's last IPL?

Mahi’s retirement post looks very mysterious. In fact Dhoni wrote that I will be considered retired from 19:29 hours. In this case, if 19:29 is counted as a day, then this is 80 days Keep in mind that this time the IPL will be 53 days Meanwhile, MS Dhoni has been preparing for the IPL since August 15. So if Dhoni’s post is judged, he will be called retired after 80 days. In that case, Dhoni seems to be playing his last IPL.

Definition of Blood

Blood is an essential fluid found in the body, which carries nutrients and oxygen to the cells and helps in the removal of waste materials from the cells. Blood has an extremely important role in humans and animals. The blood consists of different types of cells that float in the blood plasma. Plasma is a fluid that contains 92% of water and plasma also contains protein, glucose mineral, hormones, carbon dioxide, etc. 55% of the blood is made up of plasma.

Albumin is the principal protein in blood plasma, red blood cells inside the blood called RBC, white blood cells called WBC, and platelets cells. Red blood cells are found in excessive amounts in the blood of reed striped animals, these red blood cells act as oxygen transport in the body, on the other hand carbon dioxide is transported by blood plasma. The blood of reed striped animals is red, due to the hemoglobin and iron element found in red blood cells.Blood is 7% of the weight of human body, the average density of blood is 1060 kg / m cube which is almost similar to water.

Composition of blood

Different cells are found in the blood that float in plasma fluid.

The following number of cells are found in 1 microliter of blood

There is a cell called stem cell inside the bone marrow, these cells divide into primary red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets. These primary cells divide and form fully developed red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets.

Blood cells are formed and destroyed, they are replaced by new blood cells, white blood cells live for a few hours to a few days, platelets survive for a few hours to 10 days, and life span of red blood cells  for 120 days, our body constantly makes new blood cells and old blood cells keep dying.

MARKET SEGMENTATION

Market segmentation is the process of dividing the market of potential customers into groups or segments based on different characteristics. It  created are made up of consumers(End-users)who will respond similarly to marketing strategies and who share traits such as similar interests, needs, or locations.

It makes it simple for marketers to personalize their marketing campaigns.

Market segmentation is a marketing concept that divides the entire market set up into smaller subsets, including consumers, with a similar taste, demand and choice.

A market segment is a small entity within a large market consisting of like minded individuals.

One market segment is completely different from another segment.

A market segment includes individuals who think on the same lines and have similar interests.

Individuals of the same segment react in a similar way to market fluctuations.

Basis of Market Segmentation(Demographic Segmentation)

1. Gender

Vendors divide the market into smaller segments based on gender. Both men and women have different interests and choices, and thus there is a need for division.

Organizations require different marketing strategies for men which obviously will not work in the case of women.

A woman does not buy a product for men and vice versa.

The segmentation of the market is important in many industries such as cosmetics, footwear, jewelery and apparel industries by gender.

2. Age Group

Segmentation based on the age group of the target audience is also one of the methods of market segmentation.

The product and marketing strategy for teenagers will obviously be different from that of children.

Age Group (0 - 10 years) - Toys, Nappies, Baby Food, Pram

Age Group (10 - 20 years) -  Apparels, Books, School Bags, Accessories, etc.

Age group (20 years and above) - Cosmetics, anti-aging products, magazines, apparels and so on

3. Income

Marketers divide consumers into smaller segments according to their income. Individuals are classifies into segments as stated by their monthly earnings.

There are three categories:

High income group

Mid income group

Low income group

Stores catering to the higher income group have a different range of products and strategies that target the lower income group.

Shoppers Stop ,Carrefour, Pantaloons target the higher income group, as compared to Vishal Retail, Reliance Retail or Big Bazaar, catering to individuals from the lower income group.

4. Marital Status

Market segmentation can also occur according to the marital status of individuals. Travel agencies will not have the same holiday packages for single and married couples.

5. Occupation

Office goers will have different needs than school / college students.

A beach house shirt or a funky t-shirt would be no taker in a zodiac shop as it caters specifically to professionals.

Types of Market Segmentation

1. Psychographic segmentation

The basis of such division is the lifestyle of individuals. Personal perspectives, interest, value help marketers classify them into small groups.

2. Behaviouralistic Segmentation

Customers' loyalty to a particular brand helps classify marketers into smaller groups, each group consisting of individuals loyal to a particular brand.

3. Geographic Segmentation

This segmentation refers to the classification of markets in different geographical regions. A marketer may not have the same strategy for individuals living in different places.

Need for Market Segmentation (Why Market Segmentation?)

Not all individuals have the same requirements. A man and a woman have different interests and likes towards different products. A child will not need anything that an adult needs. A school child will have a different requirement than an office goer. Market segmentation helps marketers bring together individuals with similar options and interests on similar platforms.

Market segmentation helps marketers formulate appropriate marketing strategies and promotional plans according to the tastes of individuals in a particular market segment. A male model will look out of place in an advertisement promoting female products. Marketers need to be able to relate their products to target segments.

Market segmentation helps marketers understand the needs of target audiences and adopt specific marketing plans accordingly. Organizations may adopt a more focused approach as a result of market segmentation.

Market segmentation clearly tells customers what to buy and what not to buy. A rado or omega watch will have no takers among the lower income group as they cater to the premium segment. College students rarely visit a Zodiac or Van Heusen store because the goods delivered by these stores are mostly for professionals. Individuals from lower income groups never use Blackberry. In simple words, the segmentation process goes much further to influence consumers' purchase decisions.

Low-income individuals would obviously prefer the Nano or the Alto over the Mercedes or BMW.

Market segmentation helps organizations to target the right product at the right time. Geographical segmentation classifies consumers according to their locations. Grocery stores in the country's cold states will stock coffee throughout the year compared to places that define the winter and summer seasons.

Segmentation helps organizations to know and understand their customers better. This helps organizations to focus their efforts on the target audience and achieve appropriate results.

There are now 600,000 tests a day in the country. Despite the increase in tests, the positive rate is declining. Rajesh Bhushan said the success was due to the fact that the infected were being identified and tested very soon.

Last week, the positive rate was 10.03 per cent, but now it has dropped to 6.62. The death toll has dropped from 2.7 percent in July to 1.8 percent. The death toll is set to rise to 1 percent. Addressing the countrymen on the occasion of 74th Independence Day from the ramparts of the Red Fort, Modi said that this will bring a new revolution in the health sector of the country and reduce the problems of the people through technology. He said, "Health sector has taught India's biggest learning self-reliance in the period of corona virus.

When the corona virus epidemic started, our country had only one laboratory to investigate the corona virus. Today there are more than 1,400 laboratories in the country. "

He said that another big campaign is going to start in the country from today and this is the "National Digital Health Mission". He said, "The National Digital Health Mission will bring a new revolution in India's health sector." People will have less problems through technology. "He said that today not one, not two, three vaccines of Korana virus are in the phase of testing in India. The Prime Minister said, "As soon as we get the green signal from the scientists, the country's preparation is also for mass production of those vaccines."

Understand what is this mission

Under this scheme, the complete health horoscope of a patient is being prepared. Modi said that all your medical examination, every disease, which doctor gave you which medicine, when, what were your reports, all this information will be contained in this one health identity card. He said, "Through this campaign people will get rid of all the problems."

How will it work

Under this, a unique ID card i.e. identity card will be found. It will be the same as Aadhaar. Through this, the personal medical history of any patient will be known. That is, if you go to any corner of the country for treatment, then you will not have to take any investigation report or slip, because all your information will be present in the health card. Doctors will only be able to know from your ID which disease you have been before and where you were treated.

Everyone will be connected to a server

Hospitals, clinics and doctors will be linked to a central server to keep complete medical data of every patient. That means hospitals, clinics and doctors will also register in it. Although the government will not make it mandatory for everyone, but the effort is that gradually everyone gets into this system, which will make it easier to keep personal health records. This information will also prove to be very helpful in Ayushman Bharat scheme released by Modi government.

File:Prime Minister Narendra Modi's address to the nation on the ...

Greetings to Corona Warriors

In this extraordinary time of Corona, our doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, ambulance personnel, sweepers, policemen, servicemen, many people, are working round the clock, regardless of their lives, with a sense of service.

Freedom fighters remembered

Next year we will enter the 75th year of our independence. A huge festival is in front of us. There was no period of slavery when there was no attempt for freedom in any corner of India, there was no surrender.

Hit on expansionism

The idea of expansionism did not just leave some countries enslaved, it did not end there. Even in the midst of fierce wars and terribleness, India did not let the freedom war diminish and damp. The spirit of expansionism pushed the world into world war. Even at that time India did not give up its independence.

Emphasis on self-reliant India

The family also asks 20-21 year olds to stand on their feet now. India is going to enter the 75th year of independence.

In the midst of the corona epidemic, 130 crore Indians have pledged to build a self-sufficient India. We are confident that India will live by this dream. I believe in the strength of my country.

After all, how long the raw material from our own country will continue to be a finished product and return to India. We will change this situation. Our becoming self-reliant will benefit the world.

There was a time when our agricultural system was very backward. The biggest concern then was how to fill the stomach of the countrymen. Today we can feed not only India but many countries of the world. Farmers have made India self-sufficient in the agricultural sector.

If the country faces millions of challenges, then the country also has the power to provide crores of solutions. There are also my countrymen who offer solutions.

Only a few months ago, we used to get N-95 masks, PPE kits, ventilators from other countries. Today, in all these, India is not only fulfilling its own needs, but has also come forward to help other countries.

A self-sufficient India means not only reducing imports, but also increasing our capacity, our creativity, our skills.

What should be the thinking of new India - we have to be vocal for local.

Benefits from reforms

Who could have imagined that thousands of millions of crores of rupees would be directly transferred to the Jan Dhan accounts of the poor in the country? Who could have imagined that the APMC Act would undergo such major changes for the benefit of farmers.

One Nation - One Tax, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, merger of banks, is the truth of the country today.

Seeing this power, these reforms and the results it produces. Last year, FDI in India broke all records till date. FDI in India has increased by 18 percent. This belief does not come like this.

Make in India

Today, many big MNC of the world are coming to India. We have to move forward with the mantra of Make in India as well as Make for World.

Infrastructure Development

In order to move India towards modernity at a faster pace, the overall infrastructure development of the country needs to be given a new direction. These requirements will be met through the National Infrastructure Pipeline Project. The country is moving towards spending more than Rs 100 lakh crore on this.

About 7 thousand projects of different sectors have also been identified. In a way, i

Now comes the era of eliminating silos in infrastructure. For this, a very big plan has been prepared to connect the entire country with multi-model connectivity infrastructure.

Trust in the ability of countrymen

My dear countrymen, we have been told here - Samarthyamulam Swatantryam, Shrammulam Vaibhavam. The power of a society, the freedom of any nation, is its power, and the source of its prosperity, progress and progress is its labor force.

The ordinary citizen of our country, whether living in the city or in the village, his hard work, his hard work is no match.

Corruption free india

7 crore poor families were given free gas cylinders, ration cards or not, more than 80 crore people were provided free food, about 90 thousand crore rupees were directly transferred to the bank accounts.

Until a few years ago, all this could not be imagined that all this work would be done without any leakage, money would reach directly in the hands of the poor.

Poor Kalyan Rojgar Abhiyan has also been started to provide employment to these colleagues in their villages.

Vocal for Local

The campaign for Vocal for Local, Re-Skill and Up-Skill will communicate a self-reliant economy to the standard of living of people living below the poverty line.

Development of backward districts

Many areas of the country have also lagged behind in terms of development. By choosing more than 110 such aspirational districts, special efforts are being made there so that people get better education, better health facilities, better employment opportunities.

My dear countrymen, self-reliant India has an important priority - self-sufficient agriculture and self-reliant farmers. To give modern infrastructure to the farmers of the country, a few days ago an 'Agriculture Infrastructure Fund' of Rs 1 lakh crore has been created.

Water life mission

Last year, I had announced the Water Life Mission from this Red Fort. Today, under this mission, now more than one lakh houses are getting success in connecting with water connection.

Middle class freedom from interference

Professionals coming out of the middle class make their mark in the whole world not only in India. The middle class needs opportunity, the middle class needs freedom from government interference.

This is also the first time when the EMI of a home loan for your home is getting a rebate of up to 6 lakh rupees during the payment period. Just last year, a fund of 25 thousand crore rupees has been established to complete thousands of incomplete houses.

New national education policy

The power of a common Indian, his energy, is the very foundation of the self-reliant India campaign. To maintain this strength, continuous work is being done at every level.

The education of the country has a great importance in building a self-reliant India, in building a modern India, in building a new India, in building a prosperous and prosperous India. With this thinking, the country has got a new national education policy.

Digital India

In Corona's time, we have seen what the role of Digital India campaign has been. Just last month, almost 3 lakh crore rupees have been transacted from BHIM UPI alone.

Before 2014, only 5 dozen panchayats in the country were connected with optical fiber. In the last five years, 1.5 lakh gram panchayats in the country have been connected with optical fiber.

This goal will be met in the coming thousand days. In the coming 1000 days, every village in the country will be connected with optical fiber.

India is also vigilant in the context of cyber security, is cautious and is taking decisions to counter these threats and is also constantly developing new systems. A new national cyber security strategy has been drafted in the country.

Salute to women power

Our experience says that whenever there is an opportunity for women power in India, they have brought laurels to the country, strengthened the country.

Today, women are working in underground coal mines in India, and are also touching sky highs with fighter jets.

Of the 40 crore Jan Dhan accounts opened in the country, about 22 crore accounts are of women only. At the time of Corona, in April-May-June, about three thousand crores of rupees have been directly transferred to the accounts of women in these three months.

Innovation in the Corona era

When Corona was started, there was only one Lab for Corona Testing in our country. Today there are more than 1,400 Labs in the country.

National Digital Health Mission begins

Another big campaign is going to start in the country from today. This is the National Digital Health Mission. The National Digital Health Mission will bring a new revolution in India's health sector.

Your every test, every disease, which doctor gave you which medicine, when, what were your reports, all this information will be contained in this one health ID.

Swadesi Corona vaccine is coming

Today, no one, not two, three vaccines of corona are currently in testing phase in India. As soon as the green signal is received from the scientists, the country's preparation is also ready for the mass production of those vaccines.

Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh

The picture of development looks different at different places in our country. Some areas are far ahead, some areas are far behind. Some districts are far ahead, some districts are far behind. This unbalanced development is a big challenge for a self-reliant India.

This year is the year of a new development journey of Jammu and Kashmir. This year is the year of rights for women and Dalits in Jammu and Kashmir! It is also a year of the dignified life of refugees in Jammu and Kashmir.

The true strength of democracy lies in local units. It is a matter of pride for all of us that the representatives of the local units in Jammu and Kashmir are pushing forward a new era of development with activism and sensitivity.

By making Ladakh a union territory last year, the old demand of its people has been met. Ladakh, situated in the heights of the Himalayas, is moving forward today to touch new heights of development.

Just as Sikkim has carved out its identity as an organic state, in the coming days, Ladakh, as a carbon neutral region, is also working rapidly in this direction.

Environment and pollution

A special campaign with a holistic approach is also underway to reduce pollution in 100 selected cities of the country.

India is  very sensitive to the conservation and promotion of its biodiversity. In the recent past, the tiger population has increased at a rapid pace in the country!

Now a project lion is also going to be started for our Asiatic lions in the country.

Tough response to enemies

From the LOC to the LAC, whoever has raised an eye on the sovereignty of the country, the country, the country's army has responded in the same language.

Respect for India's sovereignty is supreme for us. The world has seen in Ladakh what our brave soldiers can do for this resolution, what the country can do.

With our Neighboring countries, whether they are connected to us on land or from the sea, we are connecting our relations with security, development and trust sharing.

Message to Neighboring countries

We can build untold possibilities of development and prosperity of such a large population with cooperation and participation. All the leaders of the countries of the region have an important responsibility towards the development and progress of this large mass group.

Today, the neighbors are not only those who meet our geographical boundaries but also those who meet our hearts. Where there is harmony in relationships, there is harmony.

From these, a large number of Indians work in many countries. Just as these countries helped Indians during the Corona crisis, the Indian government honored the request, for which India is grateful to them.

Similarly, our former ASEAN countries, which are also neighbors of our maritime border, also hold very special importance for us. India has a thousand years old religious and cultural relationship with them. The traditions of Buddhism also connect us to them.

As much as India's efforts are for peace and harmony, the more commitment it is to its security, the stronger its army. India is also fully equipped for self-sufficiency in defense production.

Development of infrastructure in border areas

Our border and coastal infrastructure also have a big role in the security of the country. Be it the Himalayan peaks or the islands of the Indian Ocean, today there is an unprecedented expansion of road and internet connectivity in the country, expanding rapidly.

There are more than 1300 islands in our country. Some of these islands are in the process of starting new development plans, keeping in view their geographical location, their importance in the development of the country.

In the next 1000 days, Lakshadweep will also be connected with submarine optical fiber cable.

Now NCC will be expanded to 173 border and coastal districts of the country. About 1 lakh new NCC cadets will be given special training under this campaign. In this also, about one-third of the daughters will be given this special training.
